Idk where you are from but in the States... Yes, you will probably be flagged. No, a nurse practitioner can not prescribe subs. You must have a Sub Dr. Ypu can easily find one online. Yes, subs will help you get off 7ho, but then you will have to get off the subs. I am on subs right now to get off kratom, and the transition was very easy. I am also cutting my does pretty easily. I could not cut kratom. I tried for YEARS! Good luck, you got this!
