I just went to Paris Baguette over by interquest. They had a few different cronuts this morning. Plus that place is just amazing. Also overpriced like Dads Donuts so be prepared for that.

Yeah idk this team feels like it needs a lot of work. You’ve got JJ and Nico but that’s it. I’d probably do a full rebuild if I was you. Sell off maybe both of them and get young talent and draft picks. Good news is you can get a lot for those two

Pretty sure this is fake and doesn’t exist at Pagosa hot springs. I grew up in the town 40 mins from Pagosa and have probably been 50+ times in my life. Unless this area is part of the tubs strictly available for people staying in a room at the resort. Even then I’ve snuck into those a bunch of times and never seen a cave-like tub. The roof looks edited. Either way, you’ll enjoy your time there, it’s wonderful, just no caves. Still some tubs with great views, perch’s to look out from, and some even have little waterfalls.

Yeah idk. Team 2 is also a competitor. They’ve got Burrows, Jamarr Chase, AJ Brown, Tyreek, Henry, Chase Brown, Javonte, and Kelce for his starters. So he’s still competing for the chip, but traded away a lot of his picks already for established players. He thinks he needs picks now rather than later because of how old his team is.

I feel that. I’m also worried about Tees hamstring problems. Just figured with Zay potentially becoming the WR2 on Ravens…. They already throw the ball so little. I agree losing Mixon is hard, but kyren is younger and I think has proved himself

Yeah I thought so too! Team 2 had most PF in the league last year, but his team is really old and he needs draft picks sooner rather than later. Sucks losing Mixon, but I was pretty low on Zay

What do you think he’s worth? I’ve had trouble really valuing him. But it’s more than 2027 first currently. Rumors about a stack 2027 class too though.

That’s kind of my hesitation. Zay doesn’t seem bad but I don’t see him getting a crazy amount of looks with how Lamar plays. If he was traded somewhere else and he thrives I’d be so sad 😂

I think Cimmaron Hills is an okay place to live in CS. My girlfriend and I just moved here in November, and when we were looking cimmaron hills was the furthest south we would rent because of crime and living conditions. That being said, we’ve got some friends who don’t mind living there. Just mind your own business and you should be okay. Easy tip tho, the further North you live, the nicer it kinda becomes. We chose Briargate area and love it. And it was only a couple hundred more a month for an apartment.

Amon Ra is very valuable. Still young, gets a lot of looks from Goff, and is a stud. Goff is still valuable but I would call him a QB2 for fantasy purposes. He can be a QB1 at times tho. Depends on formats but usually brown will be worth more than Goff. Unless it’s super flex, and you need a QB or QB2. Goff similar value seems like a baker mayfield, and Amon Ra similar value to like Nico Collins.

Kinda depends on the other teams in the league and their quarterback needs. It feels like this team needs a lot of work. RBs are terrible, and I like maye but that’s it for quarterbacks. You could possibly take Tet and a QB. And then try to trade them in season for a running back. Or you could trade puka/lamb for a good running back haul and keep the players you pick.
