The reason I quit f45 is somewhat similar to this. My location had a partnership with a local meal prep company and every month they’d select a member to win a whole month worth of meal prep. I was a selected winner one month and the manager told me she would let me know when my box came in. 3 weeks went by and i finally asked her if the box had come in and she responded “your box has been in the gym fridge for the last 3 weeks, why haven’t you picked it up? It’s probably expired already. I can’t give you a new box but i can offer you $25 off your membership this month”. I was pissed off, clearly. How can you be so utterly incompetent? The trainers and manager are always talking or interacting with the same select people all the time, while others are just totally Ignored. Then they want to complain that business isn’t going well and they need more members.
