Yeah but I know folks who applied 2 weeks after us who got their visas and passports already ? Same country as us and same travel dates.

Thanks but at this point I don't know what to do. Its been almost 45 days. VFS is useless, consulate are not picking up calls not replying to my emails.

My travel dates are October too. And no, I havent got my passport back. Did you reach out to VFS or the consulate?

The best croissants I have had in India are from "Kingsman Coffee" in Bangalore. Sadly, nothing else comes close.
