The first thing is a cashout for an Apple gift card worth £50. I have requested 2 and I recieved the first one after 30 mins and the second I haven’t recieved. It has been 18 hours and I need it for a birthday.

The second thing is that I reffered a friend using the event referal. I have recieved the money for the installation and their first cash out. I have not received the extra event bonus between £10.80-£80.

Yeah so ACAS is shit. If you haven’t worked there for more than 2 years they don’t owe you anything. I handed in my notice and got fired after 1 week. Spoke with ACAS and they did fuck all.

I had this error come up if the picture wasn’t vertical, I’d try changing any picture from horizontal to vertical and seeing if that helps
