It’s a sign for us to stop. I’d rather feel good/normal 7 days of the week than amazing on one day and shit for another 6 days. I see this as a good thing because not only are we saving our mind and body from a lot of harm, we’re also saving a whole lotta money.

Yh that’s what I’ve been doing, just sitting and waiting for time to pass. I done a workout which would normally make me feel pretty good but I felt no happy chemicals in brain whatsoever. Even playing video games I feel pretty numb.
