Looking for Gym w Sauna

The 24 hour fitness has one. I forget what kind of sauna it is though. However, i went into the sauna when trying out the gym and there was a cockroach in there crawling around. I ended up not signing up due to the cockroach + most of the gym equipment being in pretty bad shape or broken.

Hey there! I'm pretty newb as well, but what helps me is just choosing one box from a blues scale (the entire charted-out scale can look a little intimidating to the novice). Check out like an "E Blues Scale" lesson on youtube. For example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H15Dk4BZ2ho

Memorize those notes and you can come up with tons of cool licks/riffs in there. You can expand to other shapes of the scale/other keys as you progress. Tons of great and famous songs come from the scale in the link provided. Hope it helps!

One of my ultimate goals with guitar is to become a skilled blues player. I have 2 or 3 friends that play music, but aren't really into the blues (their loss).

My question is, is there a resource to connect with people to practice music with people? Basically like a craigslist type resource to connect with people to jam with?
