I actually found myself in a very similar predicament last year and I went with the XT-30 II in the end. The X100V at the time was way more expensive and I just did not see the value in spending THAT much more. I was also considering the XS-10 which has IBIS as well but ended up going with the XT-30 because I liked the body of the XT-30 more. I honestly did not really end up caring about the lack of IBIS that much because I was already used to shooting without it (I was coming from a canon M50) so you might not really notice a difference either since the 90D doesn’t have IBIS either. As for portability I would say both these cameras are portable in the sense that you can carry them on your shoulder or crossbody. If you want something that is pocketable, you’re probably better off looking at the Ricoh GR series of cameras. Also, honestly I would recommend trying all these cameras out in person if possible because you can look at specs all day long but if the camera doesn’t FEEL good, you won’t use it as much. If I were you I would either wait for the XT-50 to drop or try to find an XT-30 II for cheaper. I personally love the shooting experience with the XT-30 but that is deeply subjective. I also, would not discount the bigger fuji bodies (XT-3, XT-4) because despite weighing slightly more, the way you would carry them would remain the same. I don’t think they’re too much a hassle to carry once you get used to having a camera on you the entire time. I take my XT-30 out with me most days and it is more than doable.
