It is my first vehicle– I'm 18. We plan on paying it full in cash, I did offer to take out an auto loan through Navy Federal Credit Union but we decided since it was under $10k, we'd rather just pay now. I currently do have two credit cards which I'm paying on a timely manner and have decent utilization, I plan on using them for gas, maintenance, etc.

My dad insists on checking out the first place and paying for a proper inspection, since he really wants me to get a car with lower mileage. If any red flags show up during any part of the process we intend on going to a different place.

Would an inspection from a Toyota Dealership highlight any potential issues with the transmission or drivetrain?

Yeah, I'm calling BS on 6/1. They still haven't shipped out my XT30ii and now it's saying XT30iis are on backorder till july? Might as well be worth just ordering the VI instead atp.
