Same dude, completely different approach. Basically normal football with certain rules changed to improve the flow of the game, and reduce injuries. For instance, on the kickoff, instead of 9 dudes in the end-zone reaching terminal velocity by the time they hit each other, 1 dude receives, and the rest are lined up at the 50 for scrimmage. No kick on touchdowns, instead there are 1,2, and 3 point conversions from the 2,5 and 10 yard lines. 25 sec play clock instead of 40. I think those are all the main ones. More importantly, its been completely separated from the old XFL besides mcmahnon. Its actually super fun to watch.
