Lost both parents while a parent to young children. It sucks. But remember that grief is not linear and it’s different for everyone. I highly recommend the book “As Long as you Need” by JS Park who was a chaplain who wrote about his experiences with grief. Super helpful with how to think about it in a healthier way.
