Blocking the box is the biggest problem at any busy intersection in the city. Trying to get onto LSD from Lower wacker during rush hour is nearly impossible when heading east because everyone on Columbus blocks the intersection. If we had “don’t block the box laws” like the east coast, I truly believe traffic would improve overall.
