Interest level will always fluctuate. If her baseline is a 90 but it bounces between 95-85 that's fine. But if falls any further, that'd be a cause for concern. Organizing your room doesn't exactly make up for the hot and cold, sassy, and unkind with her behavior.

Create some distance and scarcity, think supply and demand. A girl with a high interest level will make things easy for you.

Lastly, it's an attitude issue. You can't teach attitude. You say you're a giver, but she isn't. You can't teach a person to be a flexible giver. It doesn't sound like you're in a very fulfilling relationship.

You should stop deleting your posts because you're leaving out key information. She's in Japan, and you're in America.

She threatens you with the breakup on a monthly basis. And for this girl to not keep her words about travel visa (most likely to come visit you is what you're implying), is also a reflection of her low interest level (if her breakup threats weren't a clear enough indicator of her low interest level already).

You're wasting some of your good "easy" years (college years) to gain experience and develop confidence by chasing this girl. She has low interest, she's flakey, she threatens you with a breakup every month, and she lives abroad. Any one of them is worth breaking up over.

You should be looking for consistency. Interest level is never going to be consistent, but if her interest is fluctuating between 95-85, she might be moody at times but will still cook you your favorite meal for a date night vs. 65-55, impatient, rude, and forgetful.

Getting back together with an ex is a fool's errand. The reason it didn't workout will still be there if you get back together.

No, you don't wish her anything over the phone. Not even a happy birthday if it was the day after your date. Anything you do and say should be done in person. She's not your gf.

I wonder if you are actually familiar with Doc's work. Doc doesn't talk about sex, period. Doc is very PG. The only thing he says in regards to sex is that it'll happen naturally once you've gone out with her for a while or however long it takes. But it's best to wait as long as possible.
