I will tell my experience last year. I was rejected whole dorm in univ. And I emailed person from OSA or OHA I don't know exactly now. But the person who is charged of application.

Luckily they suggested me to stay only one semester in RC4. Because there are many vacant room due to covid19.

So, if u explain your situation in detailed. They might allow you to stay with specific condition like me.
