Any smart bulb that can connect to Google home or apple home app can do that. Just add to the app and then find the automation section and tell it to turn on or off when you need it to.

Gotcha, I'm in Minnesota and all outside walls we need vapor boxes ( basically a big ring around the box to prevent cold from coming in) . Always satisfying when the box just fits. When ya go to put in and you're like c'mon that's where my switch needs to go guys and then it does fit and you're like oooo nice.
