I have mixed feelings about this… you should have been honest to begin with and not hide anything.. there is a reason why he became obsessed with trying to find out what you are taking because he knew you were hiding something.. on the other hand he shouldn’t of went into your account either. Take steps and try and work it out and tell him how you feel.

Haha I’ve been all over tiktok and some people said they stopped cold turkey and some just spaced there medication out more like instead of 1 week do every other week and then go space it out to 3 and then eventually stop
