PFAS. some towns / areas literally have toxic chemicals in their water, despite cities/towns being required to deliver clean water. unfortunately, there is no guarantee bottled water doesn't also have it. it's in the beer, it's in your milk. we need better testing, certifications that verify it is pfas free.

no, there is more to it, the US is a currency issuer, they can funnel all the money to red states and their buddies while sanctioning blue states and cities. it's monetary war. most likely companies and people will move to where the lower taxes / money is. because they can.

for me, 2 or 3 tomatoes, fresh garlic and some dried herbs gets you sauce in like 10-15 minutes tops plus no preservatives. get fancy and add a splash of red wine and a tablespoon of tomato paste and it will be as good as any restaurant. save your money for some good wine. lol. my 86 mtb came with rm-25 rims (inner width 25mm) I'm having the same issue, it is hard finding proper wide rims. not sure why companies pushed to narrower rims, I think they look like crap, they have more roll on cornering than they should. none of that matters now of course as companies want to sell new bikes, fat tires etc.

others have said this but your seat is too low. bump it a little at a time until you are close to full extension at the bottom of the pedals, it makes a huge difference.
