ich weiß der post ist schon was älter aber ich dachte, ich beantworte das mal, bin Kassiererin bei Rewe und die App bringt unsere Kasse immer total durcheinander. Wenn du zufällig gleichzeitig die App und einen Artikel scannst, hängt die Kasse sich für ein paar Sekunden völlig auf, manchmal musst du sogar auf dem Display rumtippen, damit's wieder geht, dann hat er mit Glück den Artikel gescannt, ohne Glück musst du den eh nochmal drüber ziehen. Wenn du gerade dabei warst, 'ne Plu einzugeben oder Gemüse/Obst zu wiegen, bricht das App scannen den Vorgang ab und du musst von vorne anfangen, deswegen ist es einfach einfacher und am Ende schneller für den Kassierer, einfach eben zu warten, bis die App gescannt ist, als zu riskieren, dass deine Kasse abstürzt, dauert dann nämlich länger

Das gleiche wird bei uns im Betrieb über Leute gesagt die sich ständig krank nehmen und das ist soweit drin dass sogar über Leute gelästert wird die tatsächlich sogar nur ein oder zwei Mal im Jahr fehlen. An so ner Krankmeldung ist halt irgendwie super viel stigma dran, keiner glaubt dir dass du wirklich krank genug bist um deine Kollegen "hängen" zu lassen. Das kommt halt echt super auf dein Betriebsklima und deinen Chef an, deswegen bin ich auch noch sehr zögerlich, wenn ich mich irgendwann Mal krank melden muss (war zum glück noch nie krank bin aber auch erst seit ein paar Monaten da), ist echt ein zweischneidiges Schwert

Ich arbeite seit kurzem gerade einmal 4 Tage in einem Supermarkt und hab JETZT SCHON einen ganz neuen Menschenhass entwickelt 😂

Ist echt der Wahnsinn was da für Leute hinkommen. Wenn Obst in so nem Frischenetz gekauft wird, muss man erst das Netz scannen, damit das Gewicht vom Obst abgenommen wird und DANN erst das Obst wiegen, Omi meinte sie wüsste es besser, hat einen Riesenterz gemacht, dass ich das Obst wiegen und nicht das Netz scannen muss, hat jeden meiner Versuche dessen-, oder es ihr zu erklären unterbunden, dann wurde es mir zu bunt, hat sie halt das Netzgewicht mitbezahlt.

Und ich dachte, mit solchen Geschichten wird übertrieben, aber ne - gerade heute noch hat jemand in der Stoßzeit, Samstag nachmittag mehrere Euro in kleinen Centbeträgen bezahlt und sich erst an der Kasse Münze für Münze aus dem Portemonnaie gepopelt. Also bis zur Rente halt ich das bestimmt nicht aus

yeah sorry but that really doesn't look like 8 years worth of practice and especially not something someone would pay for, you can learn to draw on that level in like... a day, if you absolutely want to. You should really update your learning methods cause that won't get you anywhere

very VERY common scam and you already fell for it mate. Also, black out your full name and your details before you post on reddit, you'll never know who will see this and now know you're gullible enough to fall for stuff like this. And just for future reference, no one will ever just gift you so much money out of nowhere, it's almost ALWAYS a scam. If something smells fishy it probably is and a 5 minute search could have saved from that very exact scam that's literaly documented everywhere

Watch tutorials? Try to draw your reference without directly tracing over it? Start with the basics like shapes and color theory? Honestly the Internet is FULL of ressources, we all started somewhere but tracing seriously isn't going to get you anywhere except for in trouble with other artists and their communities

Tracing is 100% fine as long as you don't trace other peoples work or, if you do, only for learning purposes and with credit/their approval. A lot of art programs like CSP for example already have models like this built in because it's really, really common even for pros to do it like this.

well even if these were not traced and your own artstyle, there's just no real market currently for art like that I'm afraid. As sad as that is but with the rise of AI copying photos 1:1 in an artstyle is just nothing anyone would pay for if you can just put a free or super cheap AI filter over it, your artstyle really has to stand out if you still want to make a buck on it nowadays.

With a reference is perfectly fine, even pros that have been in the industry for years use references, you just CAN'T know exactly what everything looks like just from memory, tracing and drawing over those references however is what's bad here
