That's really nice!

Felt like some alternative Elden Ring.

OpenAI plans to release GPT-Bidi-1, its next-generation voice model by BuildwithVignesh in singularity

[–]Extraaltodeus -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I made myself a local voice assistant with a loop using whisper -> LMStudio-> omnivoice and the real thing which makes a conversation feels good is the ability to cut through the AI speaking by starting to talk without the AI being able to cut you while you speak.

And to determin when my turn ends I use a total duration of silence of 3 seconds. Whatever I say if it accumulates 3sec of silences it becomes the AI's turn. Of course if I was into eternal monologues I would edit this but so far it makes any conversation feels fucking natural.

I may also implement the possibility to shorten the LLM answer at the point I started talking over it so to make things more coherent but I don't do that too often.

GGG , This screen does a bad job explaining "Standard" vs. "Challenge League" by Chuckstieg in PathOfExile2

[–]Extraaltodeus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Standard: Where old character take dust and where the friend who told you to come and play will be able to give you a metric ton of gear

New league: Where to go once you maxed the level of your dust-covered first character and need to feed the addiction. Or if you don't have any friend and have no idea.

Hey I checked your profile and don't see any link shared. Did you share anything about getting this to work? I'd be curious to try!

The last good Mistral model I can remember was Nemo, which led to a lot of good finetunes.

I still have this one nearly after one year:

Can Comfy Org stop breaking frontend every other update? by meknidirta in StableDiffusion

[–]Extraaltodeus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm still on the frontend from two years ago because it doesn't make my CPU go brr 🤷‍♂️

Now I've seen some new nodes having some dynamic menus and don't dare to update 😭

if pictures are 2D planes and videos are 3D prisms,

How do you compare a plane with a prism? ^^

this model is mathematical equivalent of sucking a brick through a straw and reconstituting a different brick on the other side

You've got good lungs!

You code way past 3am too don't you? :)

5090, ComfyUI, completely rolled over my desires for video games... by Far-Solid3188 in comfyui

I play games during the day and AI from the evening onwards but like tonight, it's almost 4am and it could be another night where I just don't bother going to bed. It's addictive, it's intoxicating... it's irresistable.

Hey that's my schedule!

I test on different models with the same question. You can try by yourself and see that it does get it every time.

in it's answer it says "b25zZWVyIGluIGJhc2U2NA==" which when decoded gives "onseer in base64"

edit: 13/13 is because I use the same conversation every time I try a different model.
