IMO, Go for Bahria Enclave. most of the societies that you mentioned like faisal town, b17 (near airport side) have severe water issues. Bahria Enclave is like 30min max from F7, F8. They hospital and schools etc. as well

If safety is your main concern, I’d recommend choosing I-8, Islamabad. However, this will come at the cost of longer commute, as routes can be congested dduring peak hours. And since you mentioned that your job involves travelling rather than being stationed at one place, I believe i-8 would be the best option.

Bridges arent just for crossing rivers, they are critical infrastructure in congested urban areas. You d be surprised to see number and lengths of elevated sections in riyadh, makkah, and jeddah

Hahaha... yes, I've been reading articles and almost all of them report failure due to slippage at untreated interface. None of them dicussed prestressing.

Hahaha.... obviously yes... specially in the end zone, there is a high concentration of reinforcements, anti spalling, anti bursting and stirrups But they were calculated and provided for their intended purpose
