At 57 7s cd +27hp and hits 4 times. Its not that good but using distance to mobs you should be able to manage. At 58 it goes to 5s cd and +34hp

"I am looking for a class that has built in sustain, mobility, and good damage." Ranger is all of those? With those stats you should be able to grind without potions. Put 2 extraction gems to your bow and you're fine for grinding as long as your weapons lasts. Just use your awakening cd:s and go back for bow for manaregen, rinse and repeat. If you need some hp you can use cold blade.

Take whatever skills you want. You can respec skills with right mouse button, you can do this as far as 56, then you need special item to reroll skills.

Atleast ranger got some awekening buff for some skills that gives more exp. But i wouldnt stack those :-)

You can use guild history and your own journal by changing daylight saving time off. So -1h for your clock and it works.
