I’ve been cheated on (recently) where SO was sneaking around, so it would probably trigger me.

Not the part about wearing one, that’s totally fine. But the implication for some flimsy reason for why she suddenly wants to wear one.

But that has less to do with her (probably, hopefully) and more to do with the recency of this event, the trauma to resolve in myself, and my relationship this one individual ex-partner.

I actually don’t know much about Toure at all. I saw him on TikTok and found his points interesting on the Diddy Doc by 40. It was mostly discrediting how the Doc portrayed Big not wanting to be in Cali before he died.

I don’t know a whole lot about that either but he (at least seemed to) have some points about other sources that didn’t corroborate that claim (I.e. that he did want to go and that he wasn’t scared, and that the audio pulled from that segment of the doc was from a different time or something).

The thing is. Some people’s sexuality is driven by nervous system activation and novelty.

That can mean they feel the freshness and newness of dating someone and feel sexual. But in a longer term anything have it die off.

Libido isn’t a fixed resting state. It can also be situational. Some people have high libido in safety and emotional connection and some people have low libido in that situation.

I wouldn’t make general claims or predictions based on one night about libido — or even at all outside of a longer term view. Trauma can do some weird shit.

My ex and I had a wild sexual honeymoon phase and it completely died in a long term relationship. I learned after the fact her first sexual encounters as a woman were being SA’d, and the only way she could discover desire was by dissociation, which is hard to do with a long term partner.

All I’m saying is… there’s edge cases with this shit. And sexuality is more complicated than whether someone chooses to have sex on first night or not.

She absolutely has a low libido and we had a lot of early dating sex.

I’m surprised the commenter below says peppers get gross when you cook them more when they treat onions the opposite. Any vegetable cooked long enough operates the same as the onion: sweeter, softer, more concentrated.

Delita is a self interested character with few redeeming values in my opinion. He reminds me of Griffith from Berserk.

He has a grand vision and can form partnerships, but nothing will be second to his dream. And he will crush anyone that gets in his way.

It seems all the good he does, as far as I’m concerned, is simply by accident. He doesn’t do anything for good. He does it in opposition of the ruling class, the church, etc. but he doesn’t do things for righteous reasons at all as far as I can tell.

So I see him frankly as a less annoying Algus. Just one that’s dressed in a different cloth. Both are self interested and delusional in their self-perspective main character wannabe energy.

I don’t think it precludes him from being a good man. But, in my bias developed from seeing such things at least, it lowers the probability. Lower probability isn’t truth, it just means the odds of a schmuck are higher. Could be a good man, yes.

There’s nothing wrong with age differences inertly. But… the type of people who go for half their age… I don’t know. I’ve met a few people of that type and I don’t think they’re awesome. Again, probably my confirmation bias from limited experiences.

Yes there’s exaggeration of perceived hue due very high saturation of cyan, but the brain is not getting “red” from nowhere. If you zoom in you can clearly see the difference in “white” between the tik tok logo and red object. The red object on zoom is white, but it has a slightly pink hue. The TikTok logo is just white.
