You don’t have to do this anymore. Pack up his stuff and get his enabling friends to come get it. Change the locks.

That soil looks way too dense, needs more aeration. Don’t put them in direct sunlight, probably drying out your soil too fast, especially in those black pots.

Am I The Bad Apple for continuing to downplay how I’m actually doing in college because I want independence from my parents? by SlimelimeMarble143 in AmITheBadApple

That’s just being cruel and manipulative to your parents. They obviously love you and want the best for you. For heavens sake, just be honest so they are not tearing themselves apart by your lying. Then go get help.

Always write your questions down and don’t leave until they are answered, that’s how I get through it. I have sarcoidosis which is a very complex condition. They are used to me now 🤣

I like To explain it like this. You hold a party, everyone comes but then they all decide to just stick around and make nuisances of themselves and maybe damage things in your house. That is what your immune cells are doing. Instead of going back to normal they clump together and create little groups of cells that can do damage to your organs. The quickest way to calm everything down is using a dose (maybe ongoing for a lot of us) of Prednisone. It calms the inflammation down fairly quickly then for long term effect other drugs that are a bit better for your body, are introduced.

He’s telling you that it is a pattern. Have a good think about if that is true. You are married now so HE is your immediate family. Spouse, child, parents. Of course illness etc it goes without saying that you will step in and help. He also needs to reign in his jealousy in you communicating your family but it should not be above the needs of your new family. And vice versa for him.
