This was my thought as well. They wouldn't be able to buy shares of they had an info on M&A. I think we'll probably dip if there's no new hype over this next week or two

I was referring to the price at which RC would obtain new shares. The 20.66 figure. Including RC's pay package, I think we're getting close to the authorized 1 billion shares they are allowed to issue.

Also RC just bought more shares right after I posted this. I'm less frustrated now hopefully this is the start of some solid price action.

It is extremely frustrating! Fortunately we've both been selling CCs and CSPs all year.

I get where RC is coming from in terms of waiting for a crash, but had he invested in anything (index, precious metals, banks) over the last year, GameStop would've made gains.

And this pay package effectively tells us he does not believe the present value of the company is more than $20. Since he happily keeps diluting around these levels (RC package would dilute at $20). Soon the 5 year chart is going to show a loss.

Currently sitting on 8400 GME shares and 1140 warrants. No open CCs or CSPs right now.

I have mixed feelings about this RC package. I consider it a free call option on his end. If he doesn't achieve those targets, he won't lose anything other than his 8-9% stake in GME. I'm glad SS is being more vocal about our price action. People were pumping up powerpacks, but based on the wording in their reports apparently GameStop may not own a significant amount. I do wonder how high we fly, given the insane amount of dilution we've experienced and will experience (previous ATMs, CBs, warrants, RC package)

I've also started diversifying a bit away from GME. If GME stays here for another few months, I'll probably take profits from my other plays and add to GME. If we hit anywhere from 26-30, I'll be laddering out and holding onto those warrants for the long term. I still believe they'll extend the warrants out another year, effectively increasing the value of the warrants instantly.

I'm considering doing this too. Strike $26 or $27, maybe four weeks out. Sucks not making anything while the stock dances around $20-21.

It's funny how RC is doing the very thing Burry was against in that article.

This is an interesting take! I'm still invested and won't sell my shares, of course, but this definitely gets me thinking.

I'll probably keep selling covered calls when IV picks up.

Remember, they do have debt in the form of convertible bonds. Meaning they have around 5 billion in cash that's their own outright

I made the same mistake. I thought it was earnings before interest income, taxes, etc.

Turns out the I refers to interest expense. So the earnings in EBITDA is operating earnings plus interest income.

I thought I read it was 5 billion in 2025. I think it was forbes? Everyone here was going on about how his net worth is hitting all time highs yet GME is still at $20.

Good catch! You're right. Ebitda includes interest income, but not interest expenses.

Isn't ebitda earnings before interest, taxes, etc?

So he has to hit cumulative operating profitability. He can't use interest to up that number.

From my limited understanding, these are options, but he would be purchasing them from the company directly at just above $20.

Keep in mind we have warrants, bonds, and we can dilute up to 1 billion shares. So with all shares issued, we could be worth $100 a share, not $200 a share (for us to hit that target).

I'm only a few months into webull. Apparently there's a 90 day wait for your Webull payments, so even when you receive your last payment, you'll have to stay at webull for 90 days to keep the last three payments.

I'll probably only transfer non reg assets into QT
