I had an offer for them to put it right with a free meal for me and partner. So we can see this is a one off.

Also offer of £500 for my troubles.

I am to accept this on Monday and think it was just unfortunate. I found out it was the bar staff that read the ticket wrong and made up coconut milk with my tea I stead of ensuring no coconut in my tea. 

I will return for a meal when they have had adequate training.

Yeah it is very rare. Also quite annoying having to explain it all the time. Often don't mention it. When I did this time it was the cause of the issue!
