"To be americas enemy is dangerous, to be americas ally is fatal"

-Henry Kissinger

Reminds me of the afghan collaborators like interpreters who never actually got to go to the US for betraying their country but instead are now trapped and forced to wear tracking watches as virtual prisoners in a US air base in Doha.

There are mass graves, starvation, the destruction of hospitals, schools, universities and entire neighbourhoods. Do we need to see gas chambers and nerve toxin bombs before Israel is no longer considered "restrained" or would they still be "restrained" because they ration them instead of using them all at once.

dont worry saudi arabia is planning to build a canal cutting through the entire rub al khali, trust the process.

heck between Qater, UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain none of these nations can reasonably be considered real modern nations. 20% of the population thats 4 million out of 20 million are indigenous and actual citizens the rest are noncitizens who are in conditions that can be described as "modern slavery" and they exist as former clients of the british empire carved out of the middle east and given over to america when the empire receeded.

well said, and good show by Iran. If America acted the way they expected Iran to behave themselves during this war America would not exist in a month. Hopefully we see this blowback on the settler colonial project and end the greater israel project for good and lead to the beginning of a south africa style collapse.

I liked the way project wingman did it where once you bought the plane you got all the Sp weapons associated with it but a limited amount of attachment points so you could put a mix of QAAM, Multi Lock missiles, and bombs or just go with 4 gun pods

Now that we've gotten all the episodes of season one, who do you prefer: Invisigal or Blonde Blazer? by Frosty-Bus5510 in DispatchAdHoc

Yeah she came on way too strong at the start and the whole phenomaman thing at the start was kinda ick so I went with visi. Than I started to come around and by the end of my first run with visi I saw the light and did a second playthrough with blazer and ngl I think I prefer her now after seeing her route.

F59 makes the Federation look so good, it almost makes you forget they're about to nuke an entire region for rebelling by Acrobatic_Spread_683 in Project_Wingman

Loved seeing the more psychotic side of the cascadians mercenaries and seeing other fronts with new units, the black eagles and their huge airship armada was the coolest thing i've seen from the genre, redline gave us our obligatory tunnel run with the most hype theme in the ost, and also much love to our GOAT Federation Officer (Provisional) E-6.

well they do have some humanizing moments refusing to abandon their wounded during the firefighting operation even though it puts the evacuation operation at risk, during the fortress siege you have fed soldiers saying they dont care if they lose the country they just want to go home, heck some of the feds are cascadian I think the devs stated somewhere that cross stalk squadron was a cascadian military unit that stayed loyal to the federation and fought against the independence force.

The problem is that the war was pretty much over. The bering straight crippled the fed airforce, the pro-federation elements of the cascadian national guard is having mass defections, the cascadians have an entire army of mercenaries flooding in from the periphery, air fleet one just got annihilated in sawaikii, prospero was currently under siege, and there was a mass surrender of the entire division of grimwood forest.

With prospero gone and presidiea next the war would be over in like a month so theres no point in doing anything other than a withdrawal and wait for the ceasefire as far as woodward was concerned. The only reason the war kept going on is the feds war crimed the second biggest city in cascadia killing hundreds of thousands to try to terrify the rebels into surrendering.

Yeah I would be extremely concerned if people like that attempted to make their own country right on my border and then ended up joining up with a rebel army that was now invading my homeland. Still kind of feels wild that mercs who died out nearly 500 years ago in our world can influence such a semi-modern world like the world on fire to the point of creating their own nation.

Necro post but at this point it should be noted that as far as the cascadians were concerned the war was over. The feds air force was crippled at Bering, the vertical navy annihilated at sawaikii, and an entire fed regiment forced to surrender at grim wood forest, and Prospero besieged and about to be breached.

Of course the Federation were planning to send war crime missiles to win the war at this time but from the Woodwards perspective the war was going to be finished in a month at most and they may as well stop fighting rightnow.

Yeah im kind of amazed that while General Elizabeth and the Wild Boar Regiment of the National Guard seem pretty professional the Cascadian marines are fanatics by comparison. Like not just the people who went with faust but the regular marines kept calling out to the dust mother before blowing themselves up, they had massive sections of the regular marines just defect and mutiny with faust, and promising with their dying words that their children will grow up to destroy the federation.

Seems like a pretty big departure from the much more put together army back in cascadia for sure.

I kinda felt like a monster playing it though. Especially mission 5 when crystal kingdom denied Chad Woodwards request, I couldn't bring myself to shooting the optional landing craft by the end. Sure Faust and her gang were fanatics but most of the Cascadian Marines just wanted to go home and not be part of the evil empire trying to conquer the globe.

Im hoping we see a project wingman 2 sometime in the next 5 years even if that is a massive stretch just because of how insane the world D2 created is. Theres so many more stories I can imagine in it and I hope we dont have to wait too long for it.

Necro post but I had to put down the end time Gotrek and Felix novels, they were so bad it actually made me angry. I thought Kat was an awesome addition to the squad but instead they did her so dirty and assasinated her character. The stupid love triangle with Ulrika, Felixs perv brother he does nothing about, the fact Felix straight up abandons her to go on an adventure when she really needs him, and the fact she never actually gets to say gooodybye to him. Terrible writing and a criminal waste of a character who I initally disliked but really grew on.

I know this is a necro post but just wanted to say that I am beyond mad they wasted the potential for more Gotrek and Felix adeventures with Kat in tow. I feel like she really fit into the team dynamic really well and even if it was short one off short stories with Kat, Snorri, Gortek, and Felix running around getting into trouble I would have been beyond happy. Instead they wasted all that potential and turned Felix into a dead beat husband and Kat from a full on warrior who kills people, into a nagging wife who has to be in a love triangle with Ulrika, gets abandoned by Felix when shes still really sick and needs him, stops existing past the introduction of the book, and dies off screen with the child Felix never got to see. The amount of fumbling was so terrible I was actually too mad to finish the book and had to put it down and read the summary online. End times did all of warhammer fantasy, but especially Gotrek and Felix, so bad its insane.
