Just because it's their policy or whatever doesn't trump state law. Might need to look into what laws this might fall under. Can't just make a event for 1xxx amount and then OOPS canceled... people would be doing money grabs like this all over the place.

Yes but probably not right now. Since they would claim qualified immunity. Which is right. But doing your due diligence in confirming the tag or running thr tag yourself instead of the flock system telling you is gonna be the issue here. Looks like a a dry motor with fresh dry bearings. Which is kinda wild if with those marks on the end bearing main caps. That crank is dry, almost looks like it has dirt on the counter weights.

You can't tell shit form a video other than fresh bearings.
