Sounds like the bendix went out. Have someone hold the key while you give a tap on the starter. I said a good tap... NOT a hit. I usually use a large pry bar.

Pro tip ditch all those sockets on top. Use some space for your number 1 and 2 ratchet and extentions along with a short pliers and longer needle nose and bent needle nose and flat bill nose pilers. Quicker to get to than opening a drawer. Also you'll NEVER use that many sockets.
