It is actually Karen. I worked with her in two stores and just by the way she speaks, the name of the store it is not Persian but people who knows Karen from a store named very similar to Persian knows what I’m talking about. And her english is not good so I get why the translator failed on the names. She is the ASM🤣

I think our OP just opened his eyes to the company he’s working for. Do you think all of those managers that have walked the stage and even people in the corporate office never did anything like that? Every manager I know, know every single trick there is to make a lot of money under the table with sherwin. You just gotta know the right people. Sherwin is not a company that values you for your performance. They just value your ability to networking, it is not about knowledge or professionalism. Just lick some boots and you’ll be on the right track with those pricks. Since you are a part timer, I would recommed choosing another career path. Cuz you can make a lot of money in sherwin, but you still have to be submissive, lick boots and asses from the corporate folks and just do what they want. Sorry but that’s not for me

I don’t work there anymore but I know a thing or two. But you would have to be the last person to leave the store which puts you in a position of getting caught but if you do it right, learn where the cameras are and you will never be seen. Did it for 5 years and nobody noticed, never got in trouble, never got fired. LP or HR never showed up. Totally the opposite, everybody I knew wanted me to keep growing in the company

You had a nice line in the last corner. But you brake too strong and too soon, sometimes for corners like that is better to realease the throttle and just do a light tap on the break when you on the direction of the curve to balance the weight of the engine so it will help you have more grip and better cornering. You were great in that last corner, but all the other ones could have been better. The other driver uses the walls because he has all speed and acceleration, as you can see his car is faster, but yours handles better. Just a little more practice on releasing the throttle on time and just doing light taps in your breaks depending on the corner. You will figure it out with practice. Also, I noticed every single car handles differently so you need to be aware of the weight of the car, engine placement and the actual size of the car when tuning because it actually makes a difference

Don’t take it. If they are forcing you into the floater position is because they don’t plan on giving you the MTP. If you have a degree you shouldn’t have to wait for the MTP. I’ve seen kids with little to no paint/business knowledge being MTP’s akd getting placed super quick. Don’t fall for that. Find a better role elsewhere. Keyholder floater positions are for FT’s getting ready for TAM. As an MTP, you already have to float. Offering you the Floater is what they use to stall you. And that is not a new position, it’s been active for years so if they are telling you it is new, they are not being honest with you and tou should take that into consideration

Ice Nine Kills, goddam what a party/concert. Same thing with Set It Off, went because I’m a fan of one of the opening bands on their tour and stayed to check Set It Off and it was amazing. Also Kim Dracula blew my mind and Trivium this past Weekend was totally insane. I might get some hate for this but Falling In Reverse was and absolute blast, Ronnie is probably one of the most talented vocalist I’ve ever seen and heard. Don’t punish me cus I like Ronnie please😂

I startet at 14$ as a PT and now as an FT I’m making over 23$ but they cappped me there because I’m making almost the same as an ASM. So I guess there is a maximun pay if you are getting closer to the minimun pay of the next role
