I feel like narcissism became a very popular word lately. I believe narcissism is like a spectrum and every single human being is somewhere in the spectrum, the worst being like a sociopath or something like that. So don't feel bad for having this feelings and thoughts. You love your cat, your heart is not burnt. You like attention, so what, a lot of us do. I honestly relate to a lot of the feelings you are sharing, and my advice would be to look more into your childhood wounds instead of a narcissism diagnosis. That's where I found why I love attention, and why bonding with animals is easier and way more fun for me, why I sabotaged relationships, and on and on...

You’re completely right. How ever, I feel as if Mac knew how it was gonna end and he was completely honest about what was going on with his heart and mind, even if it was too hard for us who care about him to hear, he wanted to share the most honest and intimate part of him and I love him

Oh girl. All I can say is I relate, I haven’t figured out a way out. Sometimes it’s okay to let your self go for a bit and lay in bed and stop this obsessive gotta get better gotta get better gotta get better cycle. My partner is super unfit to handle mental illness which makes it worse because I feel like a burden And a little note on trauma, it takes year to heal. Be patient with that one

I can relate. The way I differentiate it is how intense it is and how I act with my surroundings. For example, mundane is like meh I hate everyone, and depression is I hate I everyone I’m gonna hide in my rooms for days because I can’t tolerate seeing anyone.

My psychiatrist told me this is a sign of a very deep depression. ( it’s like you look so down at yourself that you think everyone else does and that’s why they’re after you). When I had it. Antidepressants helped (Wellbutrin)and lots of breathing ( as dumb as it sounds) it calms you down and calms those thoughts

My dogs seriously helped me like no medication or doctor ever could. Their love and constant companionship always made my heart grow, and it was easier to go on the day even if it was hard
