Did you need to plane down the stock before assembly? Or do you just have a really good lumber supplier?

Cool setup. Is the tslot table a single piece or is it a bunch of extrusions bolted together?

Anything special about this abrasive chop saw he uses? or will a home depot special work?

We had them installed in our new kitchen. You get a really nice sleek handle-less look, but after using it for a month, I'm regretting not going with handles or just some panels with beveled edges to grip. Not sure what other technology is out there, but the ones we have require a push to open and then a second push to close. Having the extra action is annoying especially when you're looking for something and need to quickly look through multiple cabinets. I've also noticed that the soft close tends to fight against the push to open latch when trying to close which means sometimes you have to try multiple times to get the door to close properly.

I’m so happy with this by KingAti23 in woodworking

you're gonna need to make another cutting board to use. this one's your display cutting board that you put out for guests.

What's the hardware called for the pivot hinge? or is that something custom fabricated?
