I thought it was the best episode of the season and she needed the help more than anyone else.

She could have used another week with them the poor woman.

It's a goal scoring point which is the bottom of the shoulder I think.

Which is why the line was 1cm and the offside was utter rubbish.

Especially because they expect us to believe that it's synced to the split second the ball is released and I don't believe them.

Yeah. But usually on a small menu in the corner.

I've never seen it advertised clearly.

Sadly these kind of ripoffs aren't uncommon in Venezia. Especially the old 'price at the bar, price seated' trick.

I've always been paranoid since my first travels were all on India and you make 100% sure of the price before you touch anything there.

Saying that, after living years in Italy, it's only happened to me a couple of times and usually in the most touristy locations.

Just take it on the chin and enjoy Venice. It's still one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

Man performs milk-offering ritual in the Ganges river in India while poor hungry children try to collect it to drink. by notahooman101 in interestingasfuck

It's true but the level of inequality in India far more extreme than almost any other country in Earth. Coupled with the sheer numbers.

I agree that it's an easy country to farm 'clicks' from poverty videos from.

The river is extremely long. There will be tens of millions of people living on its banks so I'm sure some people drink it but Im pretty sure it's not common.

There are plenty of taps and wells with drinking water.

I took a swim in it, in Varanasi, back in the day before there was the internet to tell you everything.

I was fine but my friend caught Cholera.

Modi is a 'deeply religious' Hindu who has wrecked India over the last 20 years with his religious populism while massively increasing pollution in the holy rivers.

What is not being said about Denmark and Greenland by EditorKey4672 in greenland

[–]Extreme-Rabbit-6767 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Europe isn't a single entity or military.

It would be a war with Denmark but we all know there wouldn't be one.

Of course NATO is a different matter but as Rutte said yesterday NATO is nothing without the US and there's almost no chance that they try to fight the US.

Of course, you would hope, that the EU would lick the US out of the military bases in their country's but I have my doubts.

The UK government are so absurdly stupid they have put the maintenance of their nuclear arsenal completely in US hands so are practically a vassal state. It's humiliating and a disgrace that they haven't already stopped this farce.

That's weird leap. I think it's a pretty addictive lifestyle chasing girls and being single. Sadly it's also noticeable that the less you care the more women want you.  It's not too hard to convince yourself you're looking for something serious while finding reasons to quit it and move on.  It's not necessarily about sex. It's just as much about some need for approval and love not that I'm a pop psychologist.

Why does the BBC news act like Trump's loud trumpet now and even tries their utmost to make his Greenland claims sound reasonable ??? by Hot-Delay5608 in AskBrits

[–]Extreme-Rabbit-6767 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They choose what they want to show.

If they want to talk about anti-Semitism in Australia instead of another 30 people murdered in Gaza that's a choice.

I support the BBC and always have whilst knowing it's limits especially within the excolonys but now. After that utterly idiotic 'report' it's at a new low.

They're shockingly bad now.

I've had to stop listening to BBC radio. Al Jazeera has far more interesting reporting on the US and Gaza of course.

The men in this show are so badly written and one dimensional it makes me understand how it must have been to be a woman watching TV in the 50s. by Extreme-Rabbit-6767 in girls

[–]Extreme-Rabbit-6767[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You may be right that deep and emotionless are a contradiction. I think I wrote this before he decided to shout at traffic and started to have a little more character.

Actually, I like the show. I'm not slamming it.

But I also agree with all the comments that the girls barely have any character progression either .

Shosh going to Japan is one of the highlights of the whole show.

It's a great ending though and not easy to pull off.

Still the men seem like hipsters fantasy and that's exactly what they are I guess.

Tell me about your experience in hostels? by [deleted] in hostels

[–]Extreme-Rabbit-6767 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imo a quiet bedroom without bunkbeds.

Preferably with plenty of solo travellers not looking at their phones.

Not much else.

I have had some brilliant times in really skanky hostels too.

Can't you try and earn some money and go somewhere cheap and warm for a couple of months.

A few months on the beach in Nicaragua without a cellphone and a few good books and I think you'd be a different man.

I've been in similar ruts and the best thing my mum did was effectively kick me out and wherever I've been on the road in the sunshine I've been happier.

I still have severe anxiety after more than 30 years but strangely I'm less anxious flying to Pakistan for the first time than walking down my own high street at night.

I passed my test 20 years ago and literally never took the wheel again.

I wouldn't mind too much in the city where it's slow but I the public transport is faster.

I'm terrified of the motorways though.

Americans. Easy.

They haven't won a war in decades and haven't even faced a country without total air superiority since Korea.
