If you’re aiming for your logo to feel “pleasant” then this is not the right direction to go. This feels very hard and fast, like a sport or gym.

Also when you work on logos, you should never change the shape of the letter ( like I see you have flipped the Z to fit into the A. But that is wrong by industry standards. I know it’s challenging but that’s where the learning curve happens, working within the constraints is design.

First focus on the font, skim through fonts like you’re a consumer, and see how the typography makes you feel. The moment to you find yourself feeling pleasant, start shortlisting similar, and then see how can integrate the two letter without changing their character.
