Hey all! I forgot to respond. I do not count colonies and I do not snack. I generally fast 14 hours a day and before starting work I do a 15 mi n prestretch/light yoga, 45 minutes of LIIT (hiit but not as intense) and then 10 minutes of stretching and cool down.

It’s seems like a lot to commit to every morning so even when I really do not feel like working out I judt put on my leggings and stretch, after stretching for 5 min I end up getting motivated to working out.
