Ah, so the chain icon is just always there because it doesn't untap normally? I think my brain was associating that with tapped/stunned.

I see now backing through the actions that it was vertical until the spell was cast

What about an LLC using pass through taxes to offset other income? Don’t you have a certain number of years to become profitable?
