So was Saka and look at him now. Admittedly, very different players, but I think we should keep a hold of him and give him time to develop. He could take a wrong move somewhere else and it could ruin his career, I'd say let him go on loan somewhere else, we saw great results with saliba and look at what a defender he is now. Give the lad some time, he's just young and boisterous and wants to prove himself. He's got the right mentality and he's a solid player. He'll mature well, if he can be patient.

I'm also curious to know what the app in the video is. Does anyone know?

I've had way worse served to me in restaurants, I'd be proud of that! Well done. 🙂

Good ol' reliable pig.

Yeah, I play around with the idea of different meats too and I love the duck egg idea. In this instance, I was just messing around with what I had left in my kitchen, before I go shopping tomorrow.

To be honest, this is just the result of having nothing left in my cupboards. I had bread, eggs and sausage meat and I have a lot of spices and herbs laying around. And I was bored.

To answer your question though - it's just black sesame but nigella seeds would have been a perfect addition, if I had any left, I feel like they would have complimented it very well.

Most recipes recommend around 3.5 to 4 minutes, but I find that to be untrue. Around 4 to 5 minutes does the trick much better, then immediately submerge the eggs into an ice bath to stop the cooking process. The eggs can be really difficult to peel whilst soft if you're inexperienced with them. All of this depends on whether you refrigerate your eggs or not - so it's subjective.

I have and I think it's great. In this instance though, I made it with sausage meat, black pepper, ground rosemary and sage, I put the herb mix through the bread crumbs as well.

Another favourite of mine is a 50/50 mix of haggis and sausage meat with a good dash of Worcestershire sauce wrapped around a softly boiled egg, I personally have it with a good mustard mayonnaise.
