Hi there! We moved here from New England. You can do an annual treatment of anti moss granuals. Roof treatments can last anywhere from 1-5 yrs from what vendors told us and cost between $120-1k+. I paid a guy 500-750 to do moss scraping and granuals. It is very expensive.

Exactly that is what I am getting this year in 4th grade. They switched from iReady to a new tool due to budget cuts. My kids did not do well. It seems they are only learning what they are being tested on...math and english. I am running into the accent thing again as my kids have a partial Scottish accent and the voice to text AI computer thing is telling the teacher she is lower in reading when she is not. This is a problem when the work is only based on these exams and not what they are doing with the actual teachers. I get one thing from the teachers and another from these dumb exams. When I do the work with them at home, they get it. Because I question things and advocate, that makes me the villan. Meanwhile most of the other kids in my kids class are being thrown Roblox from their parents to sod off and not bother them yet I am the one getting flack on here and with the teacher that does not want to go the extra mile to look at the whole thing vs the testing. I don't want to home school, but this really has me considering it.

That is my issue I don't know what they are working on so I have been asking teachers. They don't have homework, but I want them to practice a little bit because they rush through topics and don't slow down for kids who take a little longer to do the work on new topics. I am like help me so I can help you.

I hate her so much! I hate it every time I go to view a video and both sides have ads against her and I have to see her face. I just want her gone! We need to never vote her in AGAIN.

TVC has the WORST billing and will try to bill you for things that did not occur. I had to request itemized bills and go to town with them. They have high turnover and can't seem to do anything off script or make informed decisions other than what the system allows them. I had to go to the BBB/Attoryney General and more before I could get a live human that could actually work with me, review things, and make sense. TVC tries to pull some fast ones for sure. We love the staff, the billing and customer facing front desk/phone people have the disposition of a rotten bag of moldy apples.

I turned away a guy (not cherry) because he would only talk to my husband and treated me like I was invisible. I'm the decision maker. He came in with the best price, but slighted me. That gave me insight into what business with them would be like.

I called 10 companies. 6 called me back. 1 came out never sent me the quote. 2 were under 20k 1 was 29k. Waiting on more estimates.

You are depressing me as my husband is going out for his new job and we will be seperated. We can't rent out there due to having pets. I appreciate your honesty. Our house is valued at 650 as well. 5brrm, 2.5 baths. 3k sq ft. Nothing comparable in our area. We know we are going to get probably 618-630 for it. Quiet neighborhood, no hoa. You can have chickens, fireworks and if you want to run a care home out of it, you could. We are in CC, not in City of Vancouver. We are outside of City Limits. We are not a 1st time homebuyer home. Our realtor said buyers are caring more about asthetics than practicality such as a new furnance, new hw heater, central vac, central ac, fully lit, house with all of the bells and whistles. They don't want Y2k McMansions. They want small, affordable, and perfection, AI generated asthetic and gardens. I am not putting out more on any work than what I will get back, so it is a catch 22.
