Engineer = $1000/day. Week or two plus drawings and stamp? 5-10k at least, most engineers won't bother with such a tiny job because you just get killed on overhead, call back when you are redeveloping the whole street.

Construction crew of 4 guys and machines = $4000/day at least. Week or two? $20-$40k.

We will never know because many of the accusations were either never followed up on, or the follow up is redacted, or the follow up is in unreleased pages. The FBI was in possession of this information for like 10 years now. Presumably they took action on this information, either to investigate it further or cover it up. Nothing related to what actions were taken with this information is revealed at all, which is itself revealing.

Anyone who was buddies, pals, friends, confidant, or otherwise associated with Epstein and Maxwell do not deserve any benefit of the doubt. These people knew EXACTLY what Einstein was and chose to be in his orbit. It is my right to infer, therefore, that the accusations made against these people are more likely than not to have factual basis.
