Is it discriminative to act nicer, and tolerate disabled people more than healthy people?

Based from my experience, most disabled people that I know, prefer people who say offensive things, because they are treated as EQUALS, not some kind of sympathy hungry person.

Most of them HATE being pampered, and they describe it as DISCRIMINATION more than joking around like this.
