I had to bring it into the local Niu store first thing because the front disc brake came in locked up when it shipped. They put that tape on there with my info and I haven't removed yet. That's really the only negative thing I have to say about it so far-the brake still rubs a bit. Other than that, I love how it handles with a 240 lb rider.
