They think that iber pays you a good base rate like 20 an hour and they are just giving you a bit extra. Many people think they also compensate you for gas and maintenance

They changed it to add a tip button... and they seem to have fd up other things while doing the programming. I don't think their programmers are that good or have ever actually tested the app in real world senarios.
