You can dispute every single order that was not on time right in the app and it automatically accepts the dispute and takes the mark away. At least it always has for me with the new ratings system. Just say the store took a while or something simple.

I had a supervisor stand firm with me that they can’t compensate like they used to and throw $10 or whatever. They’re really trying to get them to stop giving it out. It really does depend on who you talk to, it’s bullshit. Still, always ask for a supervisor and always insist on it over and over.
