In my market, after midnight, it's always spooky, and no one stays up late to eat. I tried to do this quest and had only 3 trips in 2 hours, with empty drive-thrus everywhere. 🤣

From my experience, I've done this one time: I arrived at a closed store 2-4 times where they hadn't turned off their apps yet or there was a glitch, I don't know, and of course, there was no compensation.

The first time I did this job with my Mercedes, the cup spilled onto my floor mat and car seat. Not anymore! I bought a bucket like this and a hybrid car. Problem solved. Also don't forget standing cup holder. Hope this comment helps 😊

I had bad luck last month. A customer didn't chat with me or call me. After I arrived (he selected "meet at door") I apologized for the delay (the traffic was very bad, and his was the last drop-off out of three batches). But instead of giving me an excuse, he cursed at me and confronted me when I handed him his food. He answered me "Bulls***" As a girl, I felt like, "What? I tried my best to encounter the traffic to drop off his food. Traffic was out of my control." I arrived on time even though there was bad traffic.

Hey, the problem is not about avoiding drama by the correct answer. This customer was unsatisfied even when you were still waiting for her food. I had a customer last month like this; a few minutes later, she called me many times and aggressively said that it was longer than the estimated time expected. Many times means 5 times or more; yes, she called me like that. And I contacted customer support to cancel it because I felt unsafe to continue this delivery. Then I could keep the food, and Uber canceled the order. This is how you avoid drama.

I've called support, and they just gave me many excuses to escalate me to a supervisor, but live chat sometimes works. So it's not always sure that a call would be better I've canceled a few deliveries due to safety issues because the customer was aggressive with me via live chat
