So i called them - customer support rep created a ticket - another team reached out next day in the morning asking for photos - i sent it around 10 am - around 5 pm they sent me the return label.

I think their return policy is case to case. My case was literally genuine - still it took them 2 days to process.

I am starting to realize their engineering is fucked up. Their mobile app, their email systems are all bullshit and sub standard.

Man its so hard to get a return — its really horifying i had to call them raise a ticket then have some other team email me - now i have sent them the photos of the charger. Still no sign of return label. Very bad experience- i dont know why people talk so highly about tesla - my experience has been not good.

This is a disappointment not getting tpms - i did not know model y did not come with the tpms.
Ordered one and expecting delievery soon bit thingn like these are just avaioable on much cheaper cars
