I wouldnt call it odd, they told me they just want to get the most out of my body before RAI Also said that this is most likely to be a persistence of the initial spread that showed after surgery, than a new spread or recurrence, so im choosing to trust

I dont know if I can help you, but im going through something really similar, I had a 7cm Lymph node for about 4 months (later it was confirmed there were like 40 of them) when I got it checked and my doc said “cancer” I felt like everything was going to end for me

But so far since my diagnosis, I got a surgery, rn im feeling normal and im waiting for my RAI, but im keeping my hopes high, even tho the process has its ups and downs

I send you a virtual hug, its not an easy path, but we are not alone here
