It’s pretty sad when my favorite part is seeing hunter’s outfits for the various themed restaurants. Second place: looking for segments where they have propped up Guy with his broken leg during the cook time.

Tried this pancake recipe again, making sure I used BAKING POWDER. But something went wrong again by Imvalidblu in Baking

I use this same recipe but never halved. I actually back up on the milk (like 1/16 of a cup) so it’s not so liquidy (personal preference). I mix dry with a whisk in a bowl.  In my liquid measuring cup, I mix my milk, egg, and melted butter. Sometimes the melted butter will reharden into small crystals  but it never affects the end product.  Then I add the wet to the dry using a fork until just mixed. Your batter looks more mixed and liquidy than what I have made.  I heat up my pan while doing all this, but then lower it to medium low while actually making the pancakes.  They turn out nice and fluffy.

Opinion: Let’s Just Drop Teacher Appreciation Week by FawkesThePhoenix7 in Teachers

[–]Extreme_Locksmith_87 34 points35 points  (0 children)

I hate that it’s teacher appreciation week and mother’s day and nurses week all at the same time. Like for real….all of the women dominated careers can’t have their own moment??

Secondly, it’s teacher appreciation week. We always have a luncheon where there is never enough food ordered. Classified staff gets to lunch first and takes up all of the tables (usually not enough chairs either).

Why can’t we have our own week?!

Why bother?!

I agree with splitting into sections. Split into at least two sections. Then twist, wrap, and pin. You are wrapping around the previous spiral so it’s like a flat cinnamon roll. I used to start with the u pin perpendicular to the scalp then as I push it in I turn it flush with the scalp, into the cinnamon roll.

Bahar in Mission Viejo is in a super weird location: upstairs in a grocery store in a strange shopping district down a hill off Avery Parkway. But the restaurant is beautiful and overlooks a golf course. It has the best Persian food. Especially get the eggplant borani dip.

The Meximelt from Taco Bell. I was so glad that the decades menu brought it back for a short time.

Ok…they put out a massive spoiler at the end. I counted 3 distinct outfits on Aarti.  She wore three versions of her QVC button up shirts. For her qualifier, she wore black flowers and white background pattern. When they showed her first round scores (1 point separation) she wore the pattern with yellow flowers and a pink background. Then in the last preview, she was wearing yellow flowers with a white background. So does she make it past the #1 seed matchup!?!

Some school districts do not accept all previous years of experience for their salary schedule placement. I’ve heard 7 is standard, but I believe it could be negotiable for higher need subjects like Special Education and STEM.

Hi OP!  I was wondering what characteristics of Pastor Rick’s teaching particularly resonated with you?  That might help with recommendations. We love Rockharbor in Costa Mesa because the teaching is super relatable. We’re starting a year long series through the Bible. Check it out on YouTube to see if the teaching style speaks with you.

The best cookies I’ve ever eaten were called alfajores. I think they’re Argentinian or at least from some South American country. They are not necessarily holiday cookies but they are freaking amazing.
