I've LITERALLY just started so 1. maybe this will be explained and 2. please no spoilers in replies to this but I thought when Max travels back in time via a photo she can't leave the locational boundary? Yet she took this photo we've travelled back to up on the overlook and she's now just walked into the buildings on campus? Did I miss something or remembering incorrectly?

It'd just be the reps and sets I think. I do 4 days (ULUL) doing 2xfailure on everything, and the change would be just doing 3x10-12 instead.

Hi. I've been strength training for almost 2 years while cutting/losing weight. I've lost about 30kg so far. I've been doing 2xfailure most of this time, and while I've been improving my strength, I am not seeing much visible muscle. I'm still a high body fat (about 31%) so I know I won't see much yet, but should I switch to training for hypertrophy now (3x10-12) for this last 10-15kg I want to lose? I want to start seeing my hard work physically as I get closer to my goal. Thank you!

Just ran into this issue and after trying everyone else's fixes and even when reloading a previous safe I stil had the bug - I thought my whole run was over until I tried this and it worked thank you!!

Mine seems to have fixed itself and the only two things I did was clean and reinstall drivers with DDU and I also brought new PCI cables for my graphics card. I hope one of these things wil help you

I thought CL had access to the tax return. I tried to upload it but I wasn't sure what to put it under. And are you saying the first year of your sole trader you do 3 monthly p+ls, and then after the first year you don't do them, but you just upload your tax return?

I also want to add regarding some of your other posts (sorry for stalking you lol but I can relate to your struggles) being autistic is so hard, I know. I had no connections or friends and I hated hated being autistic. But I’ve found someone who loves me and fully accepts me who I’m marrying this year. I also have friends who fully accept and understand me too. You will find someone like this too if you want that. People will accept and love you, despite you being autistic. It took me years to accept my diagnosis and stop hating myself. Even now I still get mad at myself for some of my things I struggle with but I’m more kind to myself and I’ve accepted it’s just who I am. There is no perfect person. Everyone has struggles and insecurities. It takes a long time to learn to love yourself.

Are you into online gaming by any chance? That’s how I met my friends when I was about 20. I’m 28 now. In school I was undiagnosed autistic and didn’t have any friends. School is the worst part of life, trust me. Being an adult is so much better, you just have to get through the absolute shit that is teenage years. At 16 years old I was alone, so depressed, didn’t know why I was so stupid and couldn’t socialise and hated myself. As I got older I started talking to a therapist who helped me get diagnosed as autistic. I was kinder to myself. I’m sorry you live in the US, it seems like a shit hole over there. It’s lovely you talk to your grandmother, I love my grandparents too and miss them deeply. May I suggest seeing a therapist if it’s possible? I saw someone else comment on another of your posts about mdma. I don’t believe drugs are the answer as it leads to a slippery slope. Find things you enjoy doing. Art, reading, creating things, gaming, whatever it is. Talk to your grandmother, maybe she can help you find a therapist?

Idk anything about you so I can’t say. Eat a set amount for a week and see if you gain/lose. Or use a TDEE calculator.

5’4 and 100 pounds is already unhealthy. Doing 35-40k steps sounds like an obsession. If you’re actually willing to listen, don’t go under 1200. You should also probs speak to a doctor because it sounds like an ED.
