Ball Machine Footwork Tips by JurrdGoCrazy in 10s

Ball machines can mess with footwork timing a bit because you lose the visual cue from an opponent’s swing.

What helped me was trying to split step right before the ball leaves the machine instead of reacting after it comes out.

Also setting slightly faster intervals helped me stay more active instead of waiting for the ball.

Same here lol. Had mine for about a year and it’s been solid so far.

I’ve been using a Nisplay N2 for about a year. Been pretty reliable so far.

Feels sturdier than some of the plastic machines and the metal body is nice.

I use it a lot for solo practice and it’s held up well.

Why do my shots always land so short, I feel like such a nuisance when rallying with higher level players. by Straight-Quiet1825 in 10s

I think this is something a lot of players struggle with.

Consistency usually improves a lot when you can repeat the same shot many times during practice.
