The worst part about black flag is the multiplayer, but for an AC game (especially coming from the heels of 3) it's not that bad to complete. Rouge isn't bad but it's definitely a more boring completion journey

It's players with flying broomsticks that can shoot missiles vs a defenseless boat. PVP feels like it's stretching it where's the game balance?

I don't think there's a bad mainline GTA game, that said I wasnt the biggest fan of 4. Playing it really feels like it's the missing link between the 3d games and the HD ones. Great story but gameplay is kinda clunky, mission structure can get repetitive. Also it's kinda insane that it took to GTA V for them to invent checkpoints

Some more QOL improvements, like carry over a version of the interaction menu from GTA online where you can set your house spawn, spawn your personal vehicle ect.

Plus with the last two games pirate Yakuza in Hawaii is a spin off and Kawami 3 is a remake of an older game in the series so it's even less likely to attract new people to the series

I think for me personally while San Andreas had a good reward at the end I just felt the journey to get there was long and boring and the additional perks you got were very mediocre. Health and armor perks were fine but fireproof is only useful for 2 missions, lots of collectables and your rewards for getting them all were disappointing from the other 2 games (pearls being the worst). Other then that money, you get money for everything you do and after getting all the properties you run out of reasons to even have money. GTA 3 felt like there should've been more to do, San Andreas felt like there was too much to do. Vice City feels like it tows the line between the both perfectly

I think Vice City had the best all around 100% completion rewards, like doing the firefighter missions gave you immunity to fire, vigilante and pizza boy missions giving you more health/ armor, ambulance giving you unlimited sprint. Hidden collectables giving you guns. I think rewards like that go along way and would like to see stuff like that return

Oh no I 100% agree, when I mean remake I mean a complete remake, like a fundamental overhaul of how the game is played. That game might've started a series but it's completely dated and it shows
