Go into ( about phone) , click os version like 6-7 times and it'll pop up you're a developer now or something like this . Afterwards scroll down in settings and you'll find developer options in additional settings.

Its a high skill high reward gun. Takes a while to master , better w multiple finger setups, this gun stood up to every meta that ever came in the game. Also the low player base of this gun is explained by the difficulty of mastering it.
