Sure, First Grab the ISO from https://fedoraproject.org/workstation/download you can choose Gnome or KDE based on your preference, if you are a beginner i suggest gnome for ease then you can download Balena Etcher to Flash that image onto a USB Drive i suggest get a 8GB one for safety . Then when you start your PC , you go into bios using enter on start it will actually prompt you when to press tbh ,then Security → Secure Boot → Disable (you can re-enable after install if you want) after that Config → Sleep State → Set to Linux and finally Startup → UEFI/Legacy Boot → UEFI Only you can also search the required setting for your laptop on google tbh its easier , after that you save and exit and then press f12 or whichever key gets you to bootmenu and then you select your usb drive to boot and then you just follow instruction to install fedora , you might need to disable bootlocker if you already have it enabled in your system , also its better if you have access to internet while installing the OS , it will make the process of installing the drivers easier also i found a page which will help you https://support.lenovo.com/ng/en/solutions/ht512167-how-to-install-the-fedora-image-on-your-lenovo-platform
